We begin this interactive program by quantifying your individual AQ (Adaptability Quotient)™ through a self-paced online assessment before the session. Each person will then receive a personalized ACE report (Adaptive Competency Explorer™) highlighting their relative strengths and improvement areas across all 10 dimensions of AQ, with percentile rankings of each dimension against a large reference population. The assessment is followed by AQ Boost™ - an interactive half-day experience highlighting ways to improve individual and organizational adaptability.

 

During the 1-on-1 personalized coaching session a certified AQ specialist will guide you through your AQ results. You will emerge with a deep understanding of your areas of adaptive strength and improvement opportunities. With the help of your coach, you will create a personalized development plan to rapidly boost your AQ.
