AQ Assessment & AQ Boost (Feb 11)

We begin this interactive program by quantifying your individual AQ (Adaptability Quotient)™ through a self-paced online assessment before the session. Each person will then receive a personalized ACE report (Adaptive Competency Explorer™) highlighting their relative strengths and improvement areas across all 10 dimensions of AQ, with percentile rankings of each dimension against a large reference population. The assessment is followed by AQ Boost™ - an interactive half-day experience highlighting ways to improve individual and organizational adaptability and agility. Following AQ Boost, each participant can optionally receive a 1-on-1 personalized coaching session with a certified AQ coach to guide them through their AQ results and create a personalized development plan.
